Tax: 1.50-EUR/day / person (only for the person between 18 and 70 years)
Prices include water gas, electricity, bedclothes, final cleaning, and the use
of the kitchenette, and the swimming pool!
The reservation is from Saturday to Saturday possible.
Arrival: on Saturday from 2pm
Departure: on Saturday till 10am
An other time is only after discussion possible.

Condition of payment: ask for an advance of cca 20% of the price with transfer
by the reservation remainder of the rent und tax pay by arrival in cash !

By renting the whole house in the early and late seasons, you can get discount.
The discount depends on the period and the number of the guests
Animals not allowed !
